Things that could be better

Toilet in main bathroom does not flush
Heater doesn't work - Could have been the thermostat setting? When checked it was working
No proper wine glasses- 6 wine glasses have been added to the inventory
Espresso Coffee pot leaks- The coffee pot has been replaced.
No proper Curtains/Shutters
Dead birds in fireplace on arrival (need to fit some chicken wire to the exterior of the chimney- Excellent idea, this has been fitted.
Remote for TV/DVD doesn't work (not due to lack of batteries) - Must have dropped on the floor, batteries were loose.  A spare set has been provided.
Unusual bed arrangement/duvet combo
No roasting pans - Pyrex dishes double up as roasting pans
Comfortable chairs for outside

Hey Hiam
Thank you for renting us your house.  We have not broken anything and have tried to leave everything as it was.  We became to like the house and the village very much.  The house functions well even with the 4 storeys.  We recommend that you buy some wine glasses.
We might come back.

Thank you for your comments.  Apart from the silver wine glasses, 6 glass one have been added to the inventory.

Thanks a lot for renting us the house, Hiam.  It's a great place with lovely decorations.  We could maybe have done with a couble bed insted of the twins.

Thank you for your advice.  A double mattress has been placed over the 2 singles to give a choice of having twin beds or a double one.
